Tawana Land Board
Tawana Land Board (TLB) is mandated to manage and administer tribal land across 58 villages within its jurisdiction, covering the North West and Okavango Districts. As part of its responsibility, TLB is committed to providing customers and stakeholders with timely and accurate land information, as well as transparent updates on land administration processes.
Established under the Tribal Land Act, TLB is one of Botswana’s 12 primary land boards. Its head office is located in Maun, with sub-land boards operating in Maun, Shakawe, Nokaneng, Sehitlhwa, Gumare, and Seronga to ensure accessibility of services across the territory.
