Listings are organised into categories and include filters, ratings and reviews, enabling users to quickly locate reliable service providers. Service rankings are periodically reviewed, highlighting providers that have been with the directory for several years and those consistently receiving positive reviews.
Service Me is generally free to use. Fees apply only to the commercial section or to businesses seeking to amplify their visibility through advertisements. The directory is accessible on computers, tablets, and smartphones, making it convenient, interactive, and user-friendly.

Service providers are categorised according to the services they offer and grouped with similar services (e.g., ICT or manufacturing services). Some providers may operate across multiple sectors, hence they found themselves across one or two categories. The maximum categories per service provider is three (3).

Eligibility for the Directory:
Service providers are generally added free of charge, except for placements in the commercial section, featured services in Botswana or other premium advertising areas. There are no exclusions, provided the service provider is formally registered in accordance with Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA) regulations and the laws of the Republic of Botswana or an equivalent authority in another jurisdiction.
Service providers may voluntarily request removal from the directory. The platform may also remove providers if they:
- Violate the laws of the country
- Close their operations
- Are found to engage in criminal or serious wrongdoing.
