Advertising

After the advertising form is submitted, the vendor will be sent an email with the necessary bank transfer instructions to process payment and confirm their advertisement. All standard directory listings are free of charge, except for premium placement sections indicated above. The first five (5) photos promoting a service are free of charge. Free photos must not contain any advertising content other than company branding or logos. Up to ten (10) photos may be uploaded at a once-off annual fee of P500. Any photo containing promotional or advertising material beyond standard branding will attract an additional charge of P250 per image per year. If the photo is replaced, a new fee will incur as the placement is considered fresh/ new request. Note: To maintain directory integrity and avoid overcrowding, all advertising material must be placed under the designated Commercial Sections. All advertisements must be paid in full prior to placement. An advertisement may be replaced once during the active advertising period at no additional cost. Any additional changes within the same advertising cycle will attract a penalty fee. Payments made for advertisements are non-refundable once processed. However, advertisement material may be updated in accordance with the above replacement terms. All advertising content must be approved and signed off prior to publication to avoid conflicts or disputes. Any situations not covered under this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and an amicable resolution will be sought.
