All photographs, images, and other visual content displayed on this platform are credited to their respective owners. Service Me does not claim ownership of any visual content unless explicitly stated. All visuals are used solely to illustrate or promote services in good faith and copyright remains with the original owners.
If you are the rightful owner of any content displayed and believe it has been used without proper credit or authorisation, please contact us immediately. Service Me will take prompt action to remove or correct the content, or pursue the appropriate channels to secure the rights for such materials.
Nature of the Directory and Liability
Service Me is a subsidiary of Simply Botswana (Pty) Ltd and a subscriber to Vecteezy. The Service Me platform functions as an information and reference directory for service providers. All listings are provided in good faith; however, Service Me does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information by service providers.
All service providers listed on Service Me are independent and autonomous entities. Their business practices, transactions and operations are solely their responsibility. Service Me is not responsible or liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, financial loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from interactions with any listed service provider.
User Responsibility
Users seeking services through this platform are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence to verify the authenticity, credibility and reliability of any service provider before engaging in business. Service Me is not an agent, partner, or guarantor of any service provider and the directory’s content should not be interpreted as an endorsement or warranty.
Any incorrect information about the service providers cannot and will not be used against Service Me. Users are encouraged to consult authorised government entities, such as Councils, City Councils, Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB), the Registrar of Companies and Societies, Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA), etc., to verify the legitimacy of service providers.
Users are advised to: take precautions before making payments; verify services, banking accounts for service providers in person where possible; and also ensure that the business is genuine before providing resources or engaging in transactions.
Correction and Removal of Information
If a service provider’s information is inaccurate or outdated, users/ service providers may contact Service Me to request a correction. Service Me will promptly rectify any mistakes. If a provider requests removal from the directory, Service Me will promptly remove the listing to prevent misunderstandings, legal disputes, reputational harm or misrepresentation. Service Me prefers to amend rather than remove genuine listings to ensure visibility for all providers without prejudice or favoritism.
Limitation of Liability
By using the Service Me platform, users acknowledge and agree that Service Me is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations by service providers. All business engagements with service providers are conducted at the user’s own risk.
This disclaimer is intended to protect Service Me, its affiliates, stakeholders, partners and content contributors by clearly defining the scope of the platform’s responsibilities and limitations. It emphasises that Service Me provides an informational and reference service only, and that users must exercise their own judgment and due diligence when engaging with listed service providers.
