Poso Mall, locally referred to as the Tati Siding Post Office Strip Mall, is a modern retail and service hub located approximately 15 km from downtown Francistown—an estimated 16-minute drive. Strategically positioned opposite the local clinic, the mall is easily accessible to residents of Mmoroso Ward and the broader Tati Siding community. Anchored by a mini BotswanaPost branch, the facility features a state-of-the-art virtual teller ATM and offers a full suite of postal services. In addition to BotswanaPost services, the mall hosts multiple retail outlets and business stalls, including beauty salons such as Xpression Studio. Public amenities, including restrooms and rental shops, are seamlessly integrated into the strip mall’s design.

Launched in mid-2023 with a grand opening event, the development was funded by BotswanaPost in partnership with the Tati East Constituency Community Fund. This mixed-use initiative aligns with BotswanaPost’s broader strategy to diversify revenue streams while decentralizing essential services. By bringing critical services closer to residents, Poso Mall minimizes the need for travel to Francistown and promotes local convenience.
