LegalWise Botswana is a legal expenses insurer operating in Botswana. It provides legal cover advice, counselling, and legal representation for members and their families. It is a subsidiary of Legal Expenses Insurance Southern Africa Ltd (based in South Africa). The idea is to help ordinary people access legal support in civil, labour, criminal related matters without bearing the full cost themselves.
LegalWise offers you legal expenses insurance. We protect you and your family’s legal rights with para-legal services, legal counselling and representation. We will pay a lawyer’s legal fees per matter, up to the limit as stipulated by your membership plan.
LegalWise provides para-legal services, legal counselling and representation for you and your family, including your spouse or partner and children. LegalWise will pay a lawyer up to P 135 000 of legal fees per matter, when you need one. LegalWise also has the additional Extended Family Plan and the Professional Legal Plan that can be added for an additional premium per month to your basic Gold Membership.
