Situated between Botswana’s northern towns of Kazungula and Kasane, Kwalape Safari Lodge offers the perfect base to discover the wonders of Chobe National Park and River, with its vast elephant herds and wildlife populations.
Kwalape is only an hour away from the magnificent Victoria Falls and 1 km away from where four great African countries meet (Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana) making Kwalape an ideal location to explore from. Kwalape means ‘at home’ in Setswana and it is our management philosophy for all guests to feel welcome, relaxed and at home during their stay and to leave us as friends. We offer a wide range of lodge facilities to accommodate wide/range market/clientele. Camping, Safari, Chalets, Rooms, Natural Bush Setting. Combine Business with leisure by venturing into the wild and enjoying elegant Safari excursions during your time out: then come do your business in our spacious and nicely designed conference facility. The facility can accommodate groups up to 150 people, with equipment such as sound system, projectors e.t.c. additional equipment and technical assistance can be met by prior arrangement.
Our Restaurant is centrally located on the property and next to the pool, we offer Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner which are often served on buffet style with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Our bar is a great place to meet up and have refreshing drinks, plunge into the pool or enjoy light meals. A nearby Bomais also available for bonfires in the evening and traditional dinners complemented by cultural dance and song performances: a regular feature that can also be arranged upon request. Our safari experts will guide you through the starling wonders of the Chobe River Front and the Splendors of Chobe National Parks Wildlife, Flora and landscapes. The Safari Excursions are conducted from land on our 4×4 Custom designed Safari Vehicles and from water on Chobe River by our boats designed to offer perfect views on this great river that offer wildlife photography, amazing landscapes and perfect sunsets that rival any globally.
