Joshua Doore Russells Botswana Proprietary Limited (JD Botswana) is a prominent retail company operating in Botswana’s furniture and home appliances sector. It is part of the Pepkor Holdings Limited group, a publicly traded company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). JD Botswana manages several well-known retail brands, including Bradlows, Sleepmasters, HiFi-Corp, and Incredible Connection, with a total of 19 stores across the country.

In December 2024, JD Botswana proposed to acquire the retail furniture business of Retail Holdings Botswana Proprietary Limited, which includes 16 OK Furniture stores and one House & Home store in Botswana. This acquisition, if approved by the Competition and Consumer Authority (CCA) of Botswana, would significantly expand JD Botswana’s footprint in the local furniture retail market.
