COMSOL (PTY) LTD was established in August 1999. Comsol is a 100% citizen owned locally based company, with offices in Gaborone and in Francistown (sub-dealers). Our aim is to be the Leader in the Botswana Communication Industry, whose employees and customers are proud to be associated with and gain by their contribution. Formerly Trading as SAMSUNG COMMUNICATIONS BOTSWANA, Comsol has rebranded our business in September 2019 in order to more effectively represent our broad-based communications solutions we offer.
These advanced phones are designed to allow smooth conversations with HD voice quality, easy operation along with low power consumption. Initial settings are also simple, enabling hassle-free installation. A wide selection of models are available, ranging from corded to cordless, making it possible to choose the optimal phone for each office.
Comsol formed a business partnership with Dimension Data Botswana late 1999, working together on projects concerning voice and data. In January 2001 Comsol acquired the agency from Siemens for Botswana. In January 2001 Comsol cancelled the contract with Siemens and became an authorised distributor and installer of the Samsung range of PABX’s. Comsol (Pty) Ltd and the Telecommunications Division of Okavango Electronics were merged at the end of 2002.
In 2021 Comsol acquired the distribution rights for the Yeastar range of PABX’s and has actively been marketing the Yeastar & Yealink equipment since beginning 2021. With the backing and support of Yeastar, Yealink and huge distribution we are in the position to give the best end-to-end solution, high quality products, service and support to all our current and future clients.
