The Botswana Basketball Association (BBA) is the governing body responsible for overseeing and promoting basketball throughout Botswana. Established in 1995 and affiliated with the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC) since 1996, the BBA aims to develop the sport from grassroots to national levels.

Vision and Mission: The BBA envisions basketball as the leading participatory sport across all age groups in Botswana. Its mission focuses on facilitating training programs, athlete development, facility provision, community participation, and global networking to elevate Botswana’s basketball presence on the international stage.
