Pencio Holdings, operating as Pencio Internet, is a Botswana-based, youth-owned Internet Service Provider (ISP) established in 2019. Headquartered in Gaborone’s South-East District, the company is positioned to compete in the region’s highly competitive ISP industry.

We are a company that is set to compete in the highly competitive ISP’s industry in the Gaborone region, and the rest of Botswana. The company was granted a license by the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) on October 26, 2018, valid until October 25, 2033, authorizing its operations from Gaborone West.

In 2023, Pencio Holdings was selected to participate in the Botswana Stock Exchange’s (BSE) Tshipidi Mentorship Program. This programme aims to groom companies for potential listing by enhancing their understanding of corporatization, capital structure, financial reporting, commercial law, listing requirements, and corporate governance.

The company was founded by Junaid Jeremiah, who has been instrumental in its development and growth within Botswana’s telecommunications sector.
