Tsabong Multi-Species Abattoir is a new, state-of-the-art facility in the Kgalagadi District, Botswana, that was officially completed and handed over in October 2025. Managed by the Botswana Meat Commission (BMC), it is designed to process multiple animal species and will support livestock farming, create jobs, and increase meat quality. The facility was built to meet international standards and features modern slaughtering, chilling, and deboning equipment, alongside necessary infrastructure like water and electrical systems.
