The Mission is Mozambique’s official diplomatic representation in Botswana, working to strengthen political, economic, and cultural relations between the two nations. As part of its diplomatic mission, the embassy promotes dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding while safeguarding the interests of its government and citizens.

In addition, the embassy provides consular services to nationals and visitors, including assistance with passports and visas, support in emergencies, and guidance on legal and administrative matters. Through these functions, the embassy serves as a vital link between the countries and their people.
