1. Platform Nature
Service Me does not directly provide most of the services listed on the platform. Payments made directly to service providers are governed by the terms agreed between the user and the service provider.
Service Me is not responsible for refunds related to services delivered by third-party providers.
2. Payments Made to Service Me
Payments made directly to Service Me may include:
- Business listing fees
- Featured listing promotions
- Advertising services
- Subscription plans
- Platform service fees
These payments are subject to the refund conditions outlined below.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
• A payment was charged in error or duplicated
• The purchased listing or promotion was not activated due to a technical error
• The service purchased cannot be delivered by Service Me
In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
• Active listings that have already been published
• Featured listings or advertisements that have already run
• Subscription fees for periods that have already started
• Payments made directly to third-party service providers
5. Refund Requests
To request a refund, users must contact Service Me with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address used on the platform
- Payment reference or transaction ID
- Description of the issue
Refund requests can be submitted by email.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time may take 7 – 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
Service Me reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the platform
- Repeated refund requests without valid reasons
8. Changes to This Policy
Service Me reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
